Film & Gloss is a directory. Profiles summarize what shops publish about themselves. We do not inspect, certify, endorse or guarantee any shop, product or service. Prices, services, warranties and availability can change: confirm them with the shop before you buy.

Your dealings with shops

Any agreement you make is between you and the shop. We are not a party to it and don't take payments for shop services.

Featured partners

Featured placements are paid and always labeled. They don't change the facts on any profile.

Partner subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Price and billing: the Founding Partner plan is $49 per month, billed monthly in US dollars by card through Stripe, starting on the day you subscribe. Founding partners keep that price for 12 months from their start date.
What you get: a labeled featured placement on your city and service pages, up to 12 photos and a booking link, and quote requests sent to you. We don't promise any number of views, leads or sales.
Cancel anytime: ask through the contact form or reply to your receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges; your featured placement stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds: if you're not satisfied, ask within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After that, payments are not refunded for partial months.
Your free profile stays listed whether or not you subscribe.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Film & Gloss is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from any shop's products or services. The site is provided "as is".

Trademarks

Brand names are used only to describe which products a shop says it offers. They belong to their owners.
